Our final Summer session of 2010 is a celebration of Summer foods- their colors, textures, flavors and scents. Every day will be a feast of harvest, including methods for preserving the seasonal bounty for mid-winter treats. We will can, dry and pickle selected items that students will get to take home. Special guests will highlight their favorite foods of the season and techniques for preparing them.
Open to all levels
This course ends with a celebration hosted by the students and open to family and friends
